In the upper right corner of your statement, you are given the opportunity to pay by credit card either by mailing the top section of your statement to RAD or by calling RAD. The phone number is at the bottom right corner of your statement.
On the back of you statement is a form that can be used to submit updated insurance or other information to the billing office.
